My name is Kyle Harris and I’m a PT with over 12 years experience in getting my clients, who are just like you, the results they want.
My motivation comes from your goals and I’ve always prided myself on the ability to coach people towards smashing the goals they set themselves - both in and out the gym
I want to bring this to you and give you the opportunity to reach your targets. With online training I can give you all tools you need to build up from the foundations we set together. By putting the personal back into online personal training, I know that we can work together at a pace that suits you to achieve your goals.
